Your eyes offer a unique view into your general health and eye doctors are often among the first to detect chronic medical conditions, like diabetes and high blood pressure. Annual eye exams can help protect your over health and wellness, even if you have perfect vision.
How it Works
- Team members can choose from one vision plan that is administered by EyeMed.
- Coverage includes preventive exams, glasses or contact lenses and other vision services. As a team member, you will also get access to safety glasses.
- Vision coverage also includes discounts on hearing aids and Lasik.
Who is eligible?
- U.S. employees, scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week (excludes temporary employees).
- Eligible dependents include spouse, domestic partner, and legal child dependents under 26.
What to do
- Take advantage of annual eye exams, which are covered at 100% if you visit a plus provider.
- Register on the Eyemed website to view and take advantage of your benefits.
